Mike Mullarky, CPSI

Owner / President

Mike has been part of Lattas since he was 14 years old and became the company's third-generation owner after graduating from Marshall University in 1981. With more than 40 years of experience and 6 years a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI), he has helped hundreds of customers create safe, lasting recreational and educational spaces throughout the region.

Mike continues to lead the company with a focus on quality, integrity, and personalized service, working with schools, parks, churches, and childcare centers across West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky.

Taylor Webb-Hicks, CPSI

Sales & Operations Manager

Taylor joined Lattas in 2023 while completing her Bachelor of Science in Business Studies at Ohio University. She became the company's full time Sales and Operations Manager and earned her Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) certification. 

Taylor works directly with customers throughout every stage of a project, from the first site visit and estimate to scheduling, project coordination, and final invoicing. She enjoys helping schools, parks, churches, and childcare centers create safe, lasting spaces where communities can gather and children can play.
